In this final book of the Blue Moon Rising series, the rebels, led by Tal Rigel and the Psyclid Princess L’ira (aka Kass Kiolani), have taken a three-year time-out before the final battle against the Empire—planning, preparing, and producing a new generation. AUTHOR’S NOTE: In ROYAL REBELLION we not only find out if the rebels win their battle against the Empire, we see the wrap-up of the many romances that have occurred over more than a decade (not all with conventional endings), plus the beginning of new romances among the younger members of the extensive cast of characters. It would appear that complexities of the heart can be nearly as challenging and confusing as the long struggle to take down the Regulon Empire.
